Opportunity at SynGrow is deliberately broader than employment, because progress needs to be possible even when the right role is not currently available.
Opportunity is not the same as a job
A job is one form of economic participation. Projects, collaborations, freelance work, entrepreneurship, structured volunteering, mentoring, research and further learning are all ways to build capability, produce evidence and develop relationships. Treating only vacancies as opportunity leaves people waiting instead of moving.
Readiness and capability context
Each opportunity is presented alongside the capabilities it draws on and the directions it connects to, so you can judge both whether it fits and what it would build. Where there is a gap, the relevant learning is one step away rather than a separate search.
How opportunities are ordered
Visibility and ordering follow relevance and quality only. Neither advertising nor partnership can purchase placement, ranking or preferential exposure for an opportunity.
