This notice covers the public SynGrow website. It describes what actually happens on this site today, not what a future member platform might do. If the member platform launches, it will have its own notice.
Who is responsible
SynGrow is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@syngrow.gr with any question about this notice or about information you have sent us.
What this website collects
Browsing this website does not require an account and does not require you to provide any personal information.
This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or profiling technology. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not share visitor data with advertising networks.
Fonts are served from this website itself rather than from a third-party font service, so viewing a page does not send a request to another company on your behalf.
Information you choose to send
If you contact us, register your interest, or submit a partnership enquiry, we receive the information you put into that message: typically your name, your email address, your organisation where relevant, and whatever you write.
We use it to respond to you, to assess partnership fit where that is the subject, and to contact you about early access if that is what you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. That processing is carried out by the hosting provider on our behalf.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The cookie notice explains this in more detail.
Your rights
Where we hold personal information about you, you can ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to hello@syngrow.gr and we will respond.
If you are in the EU or EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this website starts using analytics, advertising or any other technology that processes personal data, this notice will be updated before that happens, and the date above will change.
