Who is responsible

SynGrow is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@syngrow.gr with any question about this notice or about information you have sent us.

What this website collects

Browsing this website does not require an account and does not require you to provide any personal information.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or profiling technology. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not share visitor data with advertising networks.

Fonts are served from this website itself rather than from a third-party font service, so viewing a page does not send a request to another company on your behalf. The one exception is the security check on the form pages, described below.

Information you choose to send

If you contact us, register your interest, or submit a partnership enquiry, we receive the information you put into that message: typically your name, your email address, your organisation where relevant, and whatever you write.

We use it to respond to you, to assess partnership fit where that is the subject, and to contact you about early access if that is what you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Registering interest is the request the registration form describes: to be contacted when early access opens. Sending a contact message, a partnership enquiry or a registration of interest does not subscribe you to a newsletter or to any marketing list.

We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

How form messages are delivered

When you submit a form, your message goes from this website to SynGrow's own forms service, which checks it and sends it as an email to our mailbox, hello@syngrow.gr. Neither the website nor the forms service keeps a copy of what you send.

The email is sent through Resend, a transactional email service that processes it on our behalf in order to deliver it. To do so, Resend handles the message and the email addresses involved, and keeps records of the emails it sends — such as the recipient address and whether delivery succeeded — for a period set by its own terms.

To protect the forms against spam and abuse, the forms service briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It keeps only a one-way code derived from the address with a secret key — never the address itself — in memory, for a few minutes. A similar code derived from the message is kept for the same short time so that an accidental double submission is not delivered twice. Both are discarded within about 15 minutes.

Your email address is used in two ways. It is included in the email to our mailbox, so that we can reply to you. And, where automatic confirmations are switched on, the forms service sends a short confirmation to that address, also through Resend, once your message has reached us. The confirmation contains none of the text you wrote — it only confirms that your message arrived — and a reply to it reaches hello@syngrow.gr.

So that the forms cannot be used to send repeated emails to someone, the forms service limits how many confirmations it sends to the same address: normally no more than three a day. To count them it keeps a one-way code derived from the address with a secret key — never the address itself — in memory, for up to about a day. The count is lost if the service restarts.

Spam protection on the forms

The contact, partnership and registration-of-interest forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check provided by Cloudflare, to help tell people apart from automated programs. When you open one of these form pages, your browser loads the check from Cloudflare's servers. Cloudflare therefore receives technical information such as your IP address and information about your browser and device, which Turnstile uses to perform the check. Most visitors do not need to do anything; occasionally the check asks you to tick a box.

SynGrow loads the check only on the form pages and uses it only to protect the forms; we do not use it for advertising, analytics or profiling. How Cloudflare itself handles this information is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

When you send a form, the check gives your browser a one-time code that is sent with your message. The forms service confirms that code with Cloudflare and keeps only a one-way code derived from it, in memory, for a few minutes, so that it cannot be used twice. If the check cannot be completed, the form is not sent; you can always email us directly at hello@syngrow.gr.

Hosting and server logs

This website and its forms service run on servers provided by Hetzner Online. Like any web server, ours processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. Hetzner provides the server infrastructure; we operate the web server ourselves.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The security check on the form pages is provided by Cloudflare and may store or read technical information in your browser in order to work. The cookie notice explains this in more detail.

Your rights

Where we hold personal information about you, you can ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to hello@syngrow.gr and we will respond.

If you are in the EU or EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this website starts using analytics, advertising or any other technology that processes personal data, this notice will be updated before that happens, and the date above will change.
